A global SaaS company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a high-impact team focused on transforming customer feedback into actionable insights.

You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment as the team moves from building foundational feedback tools to delivering intelligent signals that help Customer Success Managers identify risk, surface opportunity, and take action.

Responsibilities:

• Create and own a product vision and roadmap

• Guide new product ideas from concept to launch

• Engage directly with users to deeply understand their needs

• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and analytics

• Use data to improve the customer journey and drive product decisions

Requirements:

• Has experience successfully launching digital products

• Understands how to combine market, business, and technical insight

• Can clearly communicate product vision across stakeholders

• Values collaboration and continuous learning

• Has experience applying AI or automation to improve product workflows
